The Civil Process Division is made up of Process Clerk Wendi Callenius and Process Server Marvin Weiss as well as part-time employees Patti Edwards, and Art Updike. Process servers handle the routine civil process to include County and District Court subpoenas, summons and orders as well as papers from the courts of other jurisdictions.

Divorce papers and Protection Orders are assigned to Deputy Sheriff's on a rotation basis. Writs of assistance and writs of replevin are the responsibility of the Chief Deputy Sheriff.

Serve Fees

• Paper Served plus mileage - $18.00 + $0.58 per mile
• Paper unserved plus mileage - $6.00 + $0.58 per mile
• Notary - $5.00
• Second paper served (same case, same person at the same time) - $9.00
