The Administration Division is composed of Sheriff Mark Overman, Chief Deputy Sheriff James Gaspers and Administrative Lieutenant Ray Huffman. Investigations Division Lieutenant Rick Spencer and Patrol Division Sergeants Troy Brown and Jeff Chitwood make up the remainder of the team.

Delinquent Personal Property Taxes
77-1718 - "On or before October 1 of each year, the County Treasurer shall issue and deliver to the Sheriff of the county distress warrants against all persons having delinquent personal tax for that year."

Initially, letters are sent to all persons owing delinquent taxes. Deputies begin making personal contacts shortly after the first of the year. These warrants become the responsibility of the Patrol Division under the direction of Administrative Lieutenant Ray Huffman.
