  The Civil Process Division is made up of a Process Clerk, Wendi Callenius.

  The Civil Process Division is made up of  Process Clerk Wendi Callenius and Process Server Marvin Weiss as well as part-time employees Patti Edwards, and Art Updike.  Process servers handle the routine civil process to include County and District Court subpoenas, summons and orders as well as papers from the courts of other jurisdictions.

  Divorce papers and Protection Orders are assigned to Deputy Sheriff's on a rotation basis. Writs of assistance and writs of replevin are the responsibility of the Chief Deputy Sheriff.

  Statistics: June 2008 paper service totaled 445 papers or an decrease of 86  papers over the previous month 16.19%)  By comparison, 572 papers were received during June 2007 showing a decrease of 127 papers or 22.20 %.

  Five year average (2003 thru 2007) = 634 papers per month.  (June 2008 is  189 papers below average.) Ten year average (1998 thru 2007) = 537 papers per month. (June 2008 is 92 papers below average.)

  June 2008 "success rate" on paper service (368 out of  445= 83%) Average for the past six months = 84%
