The Scotts Bluff County Board of Commissioners have created a Personnel Board by resolution pursuant to the authority granted by sections 23-2534 to 23-2544 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska.  The Personnel Board shall adopt proposed personnel rules and regulations for the classified service and provide reasonable notice of proposed rules and regulations to the heads of all agencies, departments, county employee associations, and institutions affected thereby. The Personnel Board shall submit proposed rules and regulations or amendments for adoption by the County Board.  Visit the links below for additional information on the Personel Board: Creation of Board Basic Elements of the Board Upcoming Personnel Board Meetings: The next meeting date has not yet been determined Meetings are held on the top floor of the County Administration Building 1825 10th Street Gering, NE
