District I, III and V Commissioner terms expire December 31th 2006
District II & IV Commissioner terms expire December 31th 2006
Commissioner District I includes eastern Scotts Bluff County, north central and south central Scotts Bluff County and includes the Villages of McGrew and Melbeta and the City of Minatare (ten precincts plus a portion of southeastern City of Gering.)
Commissioner District II is western Scotts Bluff County and includes the City of Mitchell and the Villages of Henry, Lyman and Morrill (seven precincts.)
Commissioner District III is the City of Gering minus the small portion of the eastern part of the City (three full precincts and 2/3 of Gering IV precinct.)
Commissioner District IV is the western half of the City of Scottsbluff plus Terrytown precinct and includes the Village of Terrytown.
